Shipping to the United States – Duties and Customs Charges
Orders destined for the United States may be subject to duties, import taxes, or other charges applied by customs authorities. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to Pay Duties If the customer refuses to pay the duties or charges requested upon arrival, the shipment may be held or returned to the sender. In these cases, we will not be able to accept the return, unless the customer covers all return shipping costs and any additional costs foreseen by the courier or customs.
